One of the most popular waterfalls in Yosemite National Park in California in the United States, Vernal Fall measured 97 meters (Approximately 317 feet). A walk through the mist trail takes visitors drop by the fall in which are wrapped in mist. The hike to Vernal Fall is short, only 2.1 km (1.3 miles) long. At the peak of the fall of walkers enjoy a break in the pool of emerald, named for its deep green color, which is a small lake where some visitors choose to swim, but is against park rules and can be dangerous if not careful.
