Phyiscal activity is as critical as a good diet is for managing your weight. Aerobic exercise is one of the most efficient calorie-burners around. A brisk half hour walk or swim can burn a hefty 300 calories. Strength training exercise further aids weight loss by building muscle, metabolically adctive tissue that burns more calories even while you are sleeping. An accumulated 30 ,minutes a day of moderate activity will do just fine. Many people think they need sweat running down their brow and to be out of breath in order to get helath benefits. Physical activity shouldn’t be a grim experiene but a pleasant part of everyday life. Make it fun, and walk daily, play ball with your kids. To lose weight, you need to eat fewer calories than you burn. Physical activity even should be number one on your daily list, which will avoid you many diseases, like reduce the high blood pressure, lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels linked to heart disease, and return boold glucose levels to normal. Blood glucose, or sugar, leels are related to diabetes.
